Target audience:
- Team & departmental heads in charge of overseeing projects;
- People expected to manage medium-sized to large projects;
- People with at least two years of experience working in teams.
Main characteristics:
- Collaborative learning experience with a good amount of exercises;
- Organized around and focus on realizing successful projects;
- Sharing of real life experiences & field stories;
- Quick start into project management.
Key objectives:
- Being aligned on what project management actually is;
- Being able to apply basis project management techniques;
- Being able to focus on those aspects of project management which lead to project success.

A PRACTICAL INTRODUCTION INTO PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1-DAY CLASSROOM LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Target audience:
- Junior project managers;
- People being asked to run a project for the first time;
- No preliminary experience or knowledge is required.
Main characteristics:
- A review of project management from a field/practical perspective;
- A basic introduction into the project management field;
- Traditional learning experience structure: overview from starting a project until the end of the project;
- Tunable in a 1 or 2-day learning experience.
Key objectives:
- Defining the field of project management in a practical way;
- Get an overview of the most important project management techniques;
- Being able to take the first steps as a (project) team lead;
- Obtain useful tips & tricks.

1-DAY CLASSROOM LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Target audience:
- People asked to work in a project team, but not required to manage it;
- Stakeholders that want to understand the very basics of project management;
- No preliminary experience or knowledge is required.
Main characteristics:
- A review of project management from a non-management perspective;
- A basic introduction into the project management field.
Key objectives:
- Being aligned on what project management actually is;
- Understand why the project manager requires something from the project team member;
- Know how to contribute to the management of the project as a team member;
- Being able to apply basic project management techniques to the benefit of his/ her own tasks.

EXECUTIVE WORKSHOP
4-HRS WORKSHOP
Target audience:
- Members of higher or executive management;
- Project executives, project sponsors;
- Stakeholders typically overseeing or steering projects, but who are not directly involved in the daily
management of a project.
Main characteristics:
- 3 to 4 hour Interactive “C-Level” workshop;
- Focusses on taking up steering roles in projects;
- Provides the participants with ready-to-use checklist for critical project monitoring & questioning;
- Goes beyond project management into the management of project portfolio’s.
Key objectives:
- Being aligned on what project management actually is;
- Understanding the benefits of structured project management;
- Knowing how to take-up typical “project steering” roles;
- Understanding strategic alignment of projects with portfolio management.
